Rutgers University has joined in a partnership with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions (IMGLTS) to lead all new and renewal ticket sales initiatives.
Rutgers Athletics Director Pat Hobbs announced in a statement that the relationship will enhance the program’s ability to grow ticket revenues and attendance.
“Providing our fans exceptional customer service is a top priority,” Hobbs said. “Innovative engagement with consumers is essential to building success in the Big Ten. IMGLTS offers the necessary technology and analytics to grow ticket revenues in our challenging marketplace. We look forward to a very productive partnership.”
Rutgers had previously worked with the Aspire Group as its outsource company to service ticket buyers for football, men’s and women’s basketball, and additional Olympic sports.
